Rotational molding benches

In the manufacture of rotational molding benches, a specially designed mold is used that takes the desired shape and design from the bench. Polyethylene powder is introduced into the mold and melted using heat and rotation to evenly distribute the material. Once cooled, the bench is removed from the mold, resulting in a strong and durable piece, ideal for use in urban environments.

Rotomolded floor lamps

Floor lamps are manufactured using molds that have the desired shape and design. Polyethylene powder is placed in the mold and melted through heat and rotation to create the main structure of the lamp post. After cooling, the floor lamp is removed from the mold and assembled with the electrical components required for lighting.

Rotomolding play areas

The play areas are made using molds specifically designed for the different areas of the park, such as slides, swings, and climbing structures. Polyethylene powder is placed in the molds and melted to form the different parts of the park. After cooling, the pieces are assembled to create the complete playground.
