Furniture and lighting manufacturing using rotational molding

At PRODESCOM ROTOMOLDEO, we excel in the manufacture of furniture and lighting products using the innovative rotational molding technique. With many years of experience in the industry and a focus on quality and durability, we offer a wide range of products designed to meet the needs of the furniture and interior design markets.

Our more than 25 years of experience encompass a variety of essential pieces for furniture and lighting, including recycled polyethylene chairs, plastic armchairs, PE stools, rotomolded tables, natural plastic lamps, light diffusers, and ceiling lights. These products are manufactured using the rotomolding technique, allowing us to create high-quality plastic pieces with a uniform and durable aesthetic.

Rotomolded chairs, armchairs, stools, and tables are renowned for their strength, durability, and versatility.

This method allows us to create pieces with innovative shapes and designs that are also 100% recyclable. Additionally, the plastic used in rotomolding manufacturing is impact- and weather-resistant, ensuring a long lifespan and minimal maintenance.

Furniture and lighting products by rotational molding

Chaise rotomoulé en polyéthylène

Rotomolded chairs

In the rotational molding process for making chairs, a special mold is used to form the desired chair shape.

The mold is filled with polyethylene powder, which is melted and evenly distributed by rotating the mold on several axes.

After cooling, the chair is removed from the mold, resulting in a strong and durable piece.

Siège en plastique rotomoulé

Rotomolded seats

Armchairs are manufactured similarly to chairs, using a specially designed mold to replicate the desired shape and design.

Polyethylene powder is introduced into the mold, melted, and evenly distributed by rotation. Once cooled, the chair is removed from the mold.

Tabouret plastique rotomoulé

Plastic stools

The stools are manufactured using the same rotational molding process as the chairs and armchairs.

A mold designed for the shape of the stool is filled with polyethylene powder, which melts and spreads evenly as the mold rotates.

After cooling, the stools are removed from the mold.

Table rotomoulé

Rotomolded tables

To manufacture tables using rotational molding, we use a mold shaped like the tabletop.

Polyethylene powder is introduced into the mold and melted to form the tabletop.

The table legs are then added through an assembly process once the tabletop has cooled and been removed from the mold.

Lustre rotomoulés

Plastic lamps

The lamps are manufactured by rotational molding using molds that have the desired lamp shape, including details such as the shade and base.

The polyethylene powder is melted and evenly distributed in the mold by rotating it.

After cooling, the lamp is removed from the mold and assembled into the lighting system.

Diffuseurs éclairage rotomoulé

Rotomolded lighting diffusers

Lighting diffusers are produced using molds designed for the desired shape and function.

Polyethylene powder is placed in the mold and melted to create the diffuser.

Once cooled, the diffuser is removed from the mold and assembled with the corresponding lighting system.

Dalles plafond plastique

Plastic roof tiles

Ceiling lamps are manufactured in the same way as light diffusers, using molds specially designed for the shape of the ceiling.

The polyethylene powder is melted and evenly distributed in the mold by rotation.

After cooling, the ceiling is removed from the mold and assembled with the corresponding lighting system.
